Do you ship Worldwide?

Sorry, we only ship to U.S.A. and Canada addresses.

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

In many cases, yes. We will send your order in multiple shipments to expedite delivery.

 

How long will delivery take?

Each product page will indicate expected delivery times. Most orders from domestic distribution partners are received in 1-2 weeks.  International distribution may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

No. Our international distribution partners only ship ePacket which will not incur customs fees or import duties.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  

How secure is your site?

Scotch On Rocks processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

We'll do our best, but typically process orders within 1 working day. We ask that you ensure you have the correct items, quantity and shipping info at the time of checkout. In the event a change is needed, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend. 

 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the confirmation email. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

  

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you are unhappy for any reason, we offer a 30-day no-hassle refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Return Policy page for more info.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

It sucks, but it happens (rarely).  If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately and we'll make things right as quickly as possible.
