Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-4 days
  • Delivery

    How quickly will I get my order?

    Typical delivery time is between 5-20 business days to any country of the world.

    Most items are dispatched within 2-3 days. During the Christmas season, orders can take a little longer to get to our customers. We do not guarantee orders made after December 2nd – for Christmas.  
    If you need an item by a particular date please tell us when you place the order – it if is urgent, we recommend you email us.

    How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    We will email you confirmation after your order has been dispatched.

    You might not receive this confirmation email if you made a spelling mistake when you entered your email address. Login and check your registered email address.

    Spam filters in your email program may also block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.

    What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

    If you do not receive your goods within 25 business days (5 weeks), please contact us for tracking information.

    Please note, most of international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 30 business days have elapsed after creation of delivery. We will refund all purchases after the 400 business day period (eight weeks).

    What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed the damaged goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.

    How will my order be sent?

    All items are shipped using optimal for your country reputable delivery service. You can track your parcels using this tracking service. A signature will be required, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If no-one is available to sign, the courier will usually attempt to deliver twice, and then will leave a card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or pick up from their local office. This must be done within 5 business days or one week.

    If for any reason your order does not track, do not worry, as we guarantee all orders will be delivered - even if there is a delay with tracking or your parcel. 

    What countries do you ship to?

    We can deliver to anywhere in the world. Please note: in some countries you may be liable for import taxes.

    What will I be charged for shipping?

    We offer free shipping on all orders.
